About Jake Stack
I serve clients throughout Denver, Boulder, Aspen, Vail, and Winter Park, with a focus on first-time homebuyers, physician loans, investment properties, and second homes. My goal is to make the mortgage process as seamless and stress-free as possible while exploring multiple loan strategies to find the right fit for each client's unique needs and long-term financial goals. My background is a little unconventional for the mortgage industry. I studied Finance and Neuroscience at The Ohio State University, and before entering mortgage lending, I worked in Commercial Real Estate Private Equity and Gene Therapy research. My research has been published in multiple scientific journals, giving me a strong analytical and research-driven approach that I bring to every client relationship. I believe the best lending experience starts with understanding the bigger picture. Whether I'm helping someone purchase their first home, navigating a physician loan, financing an investment property, or buying a second home, I take the time to understand what my clients are ultimately trying to accomplish and help them explore their options. Outside of mortgage, I'm an avid skier and trail runner, and I love catching tech and house shows at Red Rocks and Mission Ballroom. And for a fun piece of my past: I you ever remember seeing Brutus at an Ohio State game during 2019 to 2022… there's a pretty good chance that was me!
